Arthur has strong management and psychological background with extensive knowledge and experience in the development of people, executive leadership, online psychological programs, training and broader business strategy solutions.

William Wainwright

William Wainwright has worked as a manager and senior psychologist in planning and delivery of services to a number of government and non-government agencies. William has comprehensive skills in the development and application of programs for managing a variety of clinical issues. These have included commonly faced issues such as anxiety and depression to more complex psychological presentations.
As a director of National Psychology Group, William offers a strong clinical background, which will ensure contemporary and research based interventions for clients and staff.
Fraser Gough
BA (Psych), Grad Dip Applied Psych
For the past twelve years Fraser has worked as a Psychologist across multiple sectors in Victoria as a clinician, supervisor and manager. These include management and leadership roles in NFP, Government and private sectors. Fraser has worked in the development of programatic interventions in multiple contexts across a range of issues and for various age groups.
As a Director of National Psychology Group, Fraser brings a strong understanding of governance matched with clinical expertise and a passion for helping people overcome adversity.
Jason Freeland
BA (Psych) (Hons), Assoc MAPS
Jason Freeland has worked with a number of Government agencies including Department of Justice and Victoria Police, developing and delivering CBT based psychological interventions. In addition for a number of years he has also provided psychological consultancy services to a range of private companies that include EAP services and managerial training support.
As a director of National Psychology Group, Jason offers creative and innovative solutions to organisations to best support their staff and personnel’s psychological well being.
Dean Janover
BBSc, Grad Dip Psych, MA (Psych), MAPS
Dean Janover has worked in a range of public and private sector settings developing and delivering clinical content to clients from diverse backgrounds. Since commencing work in the private sector, Dean has established his own private practice Prahran Psychology Clinic, providing a range of psychological interventions to both adults and adolescents in the community. Dean’s interest in sport and men’s health issues has lead to his current role for the AFL Players Association as a psychologist for the Carlton, Essendon and Geelong Football Clubs.
As a director of National Psychology Group, Dean brings a strong clinical focus to the organisation. He also has a passion for educating the broader community on the how psychological knowledge can enhance health and well being.
